Stainless steel fabrication for water and wastewater treatment
ADI fabricates stainless steel tanks, ducting, structures and components for water treatment plants and wastewater facilities. Demanding operators rely on us for critical equipment.

Fabrication challenges for water treatment
Corrosion resistance
Equipment is in constant contact with water and chemicals. Stainless steel grade selection and weld quality are key to installation life cycle.
Large-scale assemblies
Tanks, ducting and structures for water treatment are often very large. Our 10-ton overhead crane with 50-foot span handles these formats.
Regulatory compliance
Water treatment facilities face strict regulations. Our CWB and ISO 9001 certifications and traceability documentation meet these requirements.
Integration in existing sites
New components often must fit existing installations. Our planning team can take field measurements and design parts that match your current environment.

Questions about fabrication for water treatment
Which stainless steel grades do you use for water treatment?
Primarily 304 and 316, depending on exposure to chemicals and corrosion. Our team can recommend the right grade for your application.
Can you fabricate large tanks?
Yes. Our 22,000 sq. ft. shop has a 10-ton overhead crane with 50-foot span and 24-foot clearance. For pieces that exceed in-shop capacity, we fabricate in sections and coordinate field assembly.
Do you have experience with municipalities and public-sector clients?
Yes. ADI has delivered water treatment equipment for projects in Quebec and internationally. Our CWB and ISO 9001 certifications and documentation meet public tender requirements.
